At our school, we value the strong sense of community created when families and staff work together in support of our students. Parents are encouraged to be actively involved in school life, whether supporting excursions, joining the Parents & Friends Association or simply participating in school events. These opportunities not only enrich student learning but also strengthen the connections between families, staff and the wider school community.
Parents can be involved in the following ways:
- School Advisory Board (elected positions)
- Parents & Friends Association – to support fundraising and opportunities for the students (eg: mobile canteen, Mother’s Day stall)
- Classroom visits at different times of the year
- Supporting incursions and excursions
- Sharing expertise as guest speakers
